Roomy Homes in the Heart of Donelson

The Trails Apartments sits in Donelson, close to Percy Priest Lake and the greenway trails, with easy access to East Nashville and major roadways. One and two bedroom homes offer roomy layouts designed for everyday living, with community amenities that give you room to relax or stay active. A pool with a sun deck, a tennis court, and a fitness center are all part of daily life here, along with a sand volleyball court and a picnic area for slower afternoons. Inside, features like fireplaces, balconies, and stainless steel appliances round out select homes, so there's a layout to match how you actually live. A clubhouse and playground give neighbors a place to gather, while off-street parking and valet trash service keep the everyday details simple. It's a setting built for balance: close enough to the lake and the city to enjoy both, quiet enough to come home and exhale.
